Next time you are finding yourself faced with losing a battle with yourself, try grabbing someone close to you, or you can reach out to me and I will help!
Make a list of all the negative thoughts going through your mind.
Then make a list of all of our life accomplishments that can be proven, no matter how small. Such as graduating high school, paying rent on time every month, whatever they may be.
Then ask yourself on each list what is fact, and what is an assumption, or an opinion based on an assumption about a situation or person.
