Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art comprised of dance, fight, theatrics, acrobatics, music, history, and culture. You will have the chance to learn both the physical art as well as the Brazilian rhythms and songs in Portuguese.

Increasing both strength and mobility in the way only capoeira classes can helps increase life expectancy and GREATLY decrease the risks of joint injuries by building strength not just in the muscles, but the support muscles all while learning how to keep the joints in balance and alignment at all times.
